Jawa Barat's exports in July 2022 reached USD 3.30 billion, down 6.32 percent compared to June 2022

Abstract

The export value of Jawa Barat in July 2022 reached USD 3.30 billion, a decrease of 6.32 percent compared to June 2022. However, when compared to July 2021, it rose 24.23 percent.

Non-oil and gas exports in July 2022 reached USD 3.25 billion, a decrease of 6.93 percent compared to June 2022. However, oil and gas exports increased by 80.90 percent.

Cumulatively, the export value of Jawa Barat from January to July 2022 reached USD 22.53 billion, an increase of 20.29 percent compared to the same period in 2021. Likewise, non-oil and gas exports reached USD 22.32 billion, an increase of 19.73 percent.

The largest decline in the value of non-oil and gas exports from July 2022 to June 2022 occurred in the Footwear category (USD 32.21 million), followed by Machinery and Electrical Equipment (USD 26.38 million) and Paper/Carton (USD 22.83 million).
