In April 2021, Combined CPI of Jawa Barat, which covers 7 cities, namely Bogor Municipality, Sukabumi Municipality, Bandung Municipality, Cirebon Municipality, Bekasi Municipality, Depok Municipality and Tasikmalaya Municipality experienced an increase in index. Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 107.13 in March 2021 to 107.37 in April 2021; thus there was an inflation of 0.22 percent.

The inflation rate for the calendar year "year to date" (January - April 2021) was 0.58 percent and the inflation rate from year to year "year on year" (April 2021 against April 2020) was recorded at 1.52 percent.
