Evaluation meeting on the preparation of Desa Cantik (Descan) Year 2024 activities

BPS Kabupaten Bandung Barat in 2024 will again organize the Desa Cinta Statistik or Desa Cantik activity. This activity aims to help village officials and residents to be more familiar with and understand the importance of managing and utilizing statistical data at the village level government.

Desa Cantik 2024 will be held in Margajaya Village, Ngamprah Sub-district, West Bandung Regency. The determination of Margajaya Village is based on several considerations, including the readiness of the Village Head and his apparatus to jointly build statistical data at the village level. In addition, it also considers statistical or data collection activities that have been and are being carried out in the village.

For the sake of the smoothness and success of the Desa Cantik activities, an internal meeting was held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 to evaluate the preparations held at the BPS office in West Bandung Regency. The meeting, which was chaired by an Associate Expert Statistician, Ahmad Luqman, SE, ME, succeeded in formulating several important decisions, including a more detailed timeline of activities, strengthening the personnel of the beautiful village team, involving the Diskominfotik of West Bandung Regency and several other strategic decisions.

For this activity, Rizky Pradita Prasetya, S.ST, MStat has been appointed as the Team Leader of the Beautiful Village Development Team of West Bandung Regency in 2024. He is one of the mainstay young statisticians of BPS Kabupaten Bandung Barat. In addition, this team is also strengthened by Kiki Fitriah, S.Si., MStat, Ratna Ningsih, S.Si, MSi, Adong Hotma Megawati Habeahan, SAP and Adiyatgo Dwi Kurnia Yahmin, S.Ter.Stat.
